Each day means a new menu, dependent on what’s ready to pick in the garden, ripening in the orchard, or ageing in the cellar.
All our vegetables and meat come off our beautiful farm in the idyllic Megalong Valley, Lot 101, where we strive to apply the best of sustainable, organic and regenerative farming practices.
The menu reflects Chef Colin Barker’s passion for discovery and exploration of /with all things edible – life cycle of plants, animals, the evolution of food. His innovation in the kitchen stems from life long relationship with food and the land: preparing wild game in the UK’s Cotswolds, fishing in remote and untouched spots in Arnhem land, connecting with his clientele over 10 years of running Glebe’s Boathouse — locals who still message him to see what he’s up to. It’s no surprise that the mix of the continuity and willingness to experiment have led Chef Colin to Megalong @Lot101.
