Our story

LOT 101 is not a destination crafted from a vacuum. It is a slow, persistent accumulation of seasons — an estate built intentionally upon the calloused hands and deep-rooted systems of a working regenerative farm.

Tucked into the Megalong Valley, just over two hours’ drive from Sydney, LOT 101 is a working farm where regeneration and organic agriculture shape everything we do. Since 1956, the historic Megalong Valley Tea Rooms have welcomed visitors with scones, apple pie and country hospitality, and today they also host our seasonal Farm Gate market, selling vegetables and produce picked just next door. Further into the farm, Megalong Restaurant sits among our orchards and vegetable gardens, with 360-degree views of the escarpment and bushland. Nearly all the vegetables, fruit and herbs on its menu are grown organically on site, alongside LOT 101 cattle and sheep, so the seasons decide what reaches the table.
