LOT 101 Megalong Valley is dedicated to regenerative living and the preservation of our natural landscape. These policies govern your use of our digital platforms and your physical presence on our property.

By accessing our website or booking a stay, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. We reserve the right to update these documents at any time to reflect changing regulations or operational requirements.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of LOT 101 or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any portion of the service without express written permission.

The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this website for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is of paramount importance. This section describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Data Minimization

We only collect the minimum amount of data required to facilitate your booking and provide a personalized experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies are used sparingly to maintain session integrity and understand site performance. You may disable these in your browser settings without loss of primary site functionality.

Accommodation (Werriberri Cottages)

If you need to cancel, please tell us at least 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur a fee equal to the total accommodation charge. An administration fee of 2% of the amount paid applies to all cancellations.

If NSW Government travel restrictions stop you from travelling, we will refund you in full or hold your booking in credit for up to 24 months, subject to availability.

If you don’t arrive on the day of your booking, we hold it until the following day in case you have been delayed. If you haven’t arrived by then, the booking is cancelled and the full payment is forfeited. Shortening a stay after check-in also forfeits the full payment.

A cleaning fee may apply if a cottage needs more than the usual clean. The full terms are sent with your booking. Questions: [email protected] or (02) 4787 9127.

Dining (Megalong)

Credit card details are required when booking. A cancellation fee of $100 per person applies to cancellations within 7 days of your booking. See the reservation policy for groups, dietary requirements and surcharges.

So everyone can enjoy the property:

• Outdoor fires are not permitted at any time. Firewood for the indoor fireplace is supplied with each cottage; please don’t collect wood from the property beyond small twigs for kindling.
• Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
• No smoking inside the cottages.
• Please don’t enter other buildings or locked paddocks. No trail bikes or motor vehicles on the back trails, and please park in the designated areas near the cottages.
• Dogs are welcome, up to 2 per cottage. Please don’t leave them alone inside, keep them off furniture and bedding, don’t let them roam, and clean up after them.
• Cottages can’t be used for events, functions or parties without our agreement.
• Hunting is not allowed.

Water at Werriberri comes from a bore on the property. It is tested regularly and is safe to drink.
