Farm-to-table dining in the scenic Megalong Valley, offering fresh, organic produce and locally sourced meats — a One Hat restaurant in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for 2026.
A Narrative of the Valley
At LOT 101, the menu is not designed; it is gathered. Our kitchen works in synchronicity with the estate’s regenerative gardens, sourcing rare heritage varieties of vegetables and ethically raised livestock just steps from the pass. Each dish serves as a translucent window into the micro-seasons of the Blue Mountains, celebrating the tactile reality of the land without unnecessary artifice. We invite you to linger, to breathe, and to taste the terroir of this unique geological pocket.

Dine + Stay
Our regenerative farm practices ensure that every element on your table contributes back to the health of the Megalong ecosystem. We operate on a closed-loop system, where nothing is wasted and everything is intentional.
Make a reservation“A stunning dégustation menu with friends. The decor is of the highest quality, the service is impeccable, sophisticated and friendly, and the food was absolutely excellent. It was wonderful to have the chef come and spend time explaining the courses to the table throughout our dinner. Highly recommended!”
Due to our focus on seasonal produce and limited capacity, we recommend booking well in advance. Bookings open three months ahead. We take bookings of up to 8 guests online; for 9 or more, please contact us directly. Strictly no BYO.
