A timber stable block, restored rather than rebuilt: the original posts and trusses are still overhead. What has changed is everything you cannot see: heating, power, a proper kitchen behind the old tack room, and doors at both ends that open onto the paddock when the weather allows.
It is the estate’s one enclosed gathering space, and it does three jobs. Weddings take it for the day. Corporate groups use it as a room to think in. Private parties book it for a long table and nothing else on the calendar.
