Every route out of the estate begins at the same gate and ends, eventually, at the same fire — the only variable is how long you spend getting there.

The easy loop stays low, tracing the valley floor for an hour or so — flat, well shaded, and forgiving of whatever footwear you happened to pack. It is the track most guests take on their first afternoon, before they know what else is out there.

From there the country opens up. A moderate half-day ridge walk climbs out of the valley for wider views of the escarpment, while the full-day traverse is reserved for experienced hikers prepared to be out from breakfast to dusk. A guide can be booked for either of the longer routes; the shorter loops are marked well enough to go alone.

None of the three routes require you to choose in advance — most guests start on the easy loop and let the terrain decide how much further they go. The gate is the one thing that stays the same.
